Marcus Hale spent eleven years inside organisations before starting SyncPath CoreXys in 2019. He ran operations for a mid-sized logistics firm in the East Midlands, then spent four years as a senior process consultant at a larger advisory practice where he worked with clients across manufacturing, professional services, and the public sector. The pattern he kept seeing was the same: smart people, genuine ambition, and operational infrastructure that had never been designed so much as accumulated. Processes built for a team of eight that were now being used by a team of forty. Reporting structures that made sense in 2014 and had not been revisited since.

Marcus Hale spent eleven years in operational roles before founding SyncPath CoreXys in January 2019. He began his career managing logistics operations for a regional distribution firm in the East Midlands, then moved into advisory work at a larger consultancy where he led process improvement projects across manufacturing, professional services, and local government. He holds a postgraduate certificate in organisational design from Birkbeck, University of London. Outside of client work, Marcus reads widely in systems thinking and keeps a running notebook of process failures he finds interesting, which he describes as "professionally useful and personally alarming." He lives in the East Midlands with his family.
